Pappi’s Island Soul is a blend of fermented chenzo chilli and white wine vinegar. The chenzo chilli is a cousin of the jalapeno, slighty smaller in size, pack with flavour and carrying a big punch. Pappi’s grew the Chenzo’s and fermented them using a mash process for over 2 months in old American bourbon barrels.
